Since getting an extended look at Dying Lite 2 back at E3 2022, we haven't heard too much out of Techland. It did have a curt update last month, merely that essentially amounted to a 20-2d trailer and the developers reading a bunch of mean tweets. However, today the team has started to really pull back the curtain on the upcoming game with a new video series chosen Dying 2 Know.

For the offset video, the team revealed several chunky pieces of data, the most important of which is that the game is coming out on December 7. The fact that the game is finally coming out this year (barring whatsoever setbacks) is big news on its own, but the announcements didn't stop at that place.

One of the near exciting announcements is how much work has gone into building out the game's parkour systems. The developers revealed that they take doubled the number of moves available to players, giving you access to over 3,000 animations.
